Filing a Counter-Notification

If you think the content was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice. Please include:

• Details of the content removed and where it was located.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed.
• A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or any U.S. court if you're outside the U.S.) and accepting service of process.
• Your signature, either physical or electronic.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If they do not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the material in question.
